Description

Increase the rigidity of your sheet metal parts while reducing its overall weight with our standard dimple die set. These dies create an 1/4" 45 degree flange. They are engineered to work best with 18G sheet steel. These dies are additively manufactured from Polylactic Acid (PLA). This material allows the dies to be non-marring. 

Included Components

- 3/4", 1", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", 2" Dies

- Storage Tray 

Recommendations 

- Do not use heat to assist when forming with these dies. Heat will destroy these dies.

- Deburring holes prior to pressing them will increase the longevity of the dies. 

- Petroleum based oils are not recommended for use with these dies.
