Description

Eliminate sags, runs, texture and imperfections in your paint with our Detail Sanding Blocks. We chose to manufacture these blocks from acrylic because they stay flat for years unlike foam or rubber blocks that tend to lose their shape over time. Since acrylic is more dense than foam and rubber, 100% of the force you exert on the block is transferred into the panel. No wasted energy here! Also acrylic is waterproof which means they can be used in the wet sanding stages of the bodywork process.

Our 1" wide blocks are perfect for curves and complex shapes, while our 0.375" thick blocks are great for quickly knocking out sags and runs.
